Had a good stay at The Hilton Colombo in Dec 2011. Efficient staff, great breakfast buffet and good clean rooms helped start our Sri Lanka trip on a good positive note.

I have stayed in the Hilton, Colombo several times and I can honestly say it's my home from home in Colombo. I love this hotel - from the front of house staff and their very warm welcome, to the wonderful (helpful) Business Centre staff to the variety of wonderful restaurants - the health spa - the gym - the pool...

Hotel is conveniently located close to the Sea with about half the rooms having Sea view, During peak hours it takes about 2 hours to reach the airport. Hotel has all modern facilities including gym, business centre, tennis courts, swimming pool, lounge bars & several restaurants serving local food and other international food. We stayed here on our last night of our Sri Lankan trip!!! It's a lovely hotel right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the Sri Lankan Capital!!!

This is a very good property, with an amazing view. I stayed here for 3 weeks for business purposes including a weekend. The view from sea side rooms is just breathtaking ! We travelled a week through Sri Lanka and stayed in a lot of smaller hotels. It rained most of the week and all our clothes were humid and smelly. It was a great pleasure to spend our last 2 nights in the Hilton.

we stayed here over new years for 2 nights and booked a suite. The room was large with a sitting area and 2 bathrooms. We could check in and our at the suite floor which was nice as this is a large hotel and the lines to check in were long. Food was good, though breakfast options in the club...

The hotel is not very well up-kept to the Hilton and International standard. It is suspected that the controlling expatriate might have gone for a long time and no one qualified enough taking care of the operation. Even ironing a shirt still left a lot of wrinkles on the shirt.

Well, a bit scared by other reviews I checked in 26 januari 2012 for one night only with breakfast. Had an early arrival, though could enter the room 07:00 am without additional cost!
